Question 1: “Do you consider yourself a journo willing to be put under the same microscope you put Hitch under?”

Grueter graciously replies: If someone wants to scrutinize my stuff they are more than willing to do so. Any self-respecting person shouldn’t mind being ‘put under the microscope’.

Question 2: “Are you worried about sounding so vindictive and rejected if you ever got a job as a real writer and your bosses read what you’d written here?”

The Gruet replies: Apparently not. If I were, well, then, I guess I wouldn’t be writing here now, would I, genius?

Question 3: “And, this is a question that’s not supposed to sound sarcastic – what differentiates an anonymous internet person who watches a ‘household name’ from someone who is his or herself willing to be, or considered acceptable by law/socitey to be, ‘put under a microscope’?”
